Every lot in the MLV RV Park is a full-hookup seasonal site: pull in on May 1st and your spot is yours through the end of September — no reservations, no hauling back and forth. When the season winds down, your RV can stay parked on your site through the off-season at no additional cost.
Leases run October 1st through the following September 30th, so your site is secured well before the next camping season begins.

Yes — your RV can remain on your site through the off-season at no additional cost. Leave it parked and it's ready the moment the season opens May 1st.
Every MLV lot is a full-hookup site: water, sewer, and 100-amp electrical service with 50-, 30-, and 20-amp connections. Electricity is individually metered and billed to you. Resort-wide WiFi is included.
Each site has a 12' × 40' gravel parking pad, with total lot sizes ranging from roughly 2,520 to 3,350 square feet — room for your RV plus space to spread out in a wooded setting.
The Red Door Resort keeps a few short-term RV sites available for nightly and weekly rentals. Prefer to be right on the water? Lakeside RV lots are also available seasonally at $2,925 per year plus electricity.
